• Account Creation and Profile: When creating an account, we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, password, date of birth (to verify eligibility), interests, language preferences, and other basic information (e.g., work category, interests, preferred language, skills, and location). You may also upload a profile photo, bio, or other content. Profile information is generally public to facilitate discovery.
• Content and Interactions: Information from posts, articles, comments, likes, shares, connections, messages, and other engagements you create or participate in such as suggestions.
• Other Voluntary Data: Any additional information you share.

We advise against sharing sensitive information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, health data) unless necessary, as it may be visible to others.

• Usage Data: Details about your interactions and engagement with other users such as pages viewed, searches, time spent, posts engaged with, and features used.
• Device and Log Information: Operating system, device identifiers, mobile carrier, app version, and log data (e.g., access times, referring sites).

• APIs and Integrations: Since we rely on third-party APIs for features (e.g., authentication, content sharing, suggestions, analytics), we receive data from these providers, such as login credentials from Google or Apple sign in or usage metrics.
• Partners and Affiliates: Data from advertisers, developers, or corporate affiliates, including demographic insights, ad interactions, or content from linked services.
• Other Users: Information others share about you, such as mentions, tags, or endorsements in comments or other.
• Public Sources: Professional data from public profiles or news to enhance recommendations.

We use your information to operate, improve, and secure the Services, always with your privacy in mind. We do not sell your personal information. Key purposes include:

• Create and manage your account, facilitate connections, and enable posting/engagement.
• Personalize content, suggestions and language based on preferences.
• Enable features via APIs, such as integrating with external tools for enhanced functionality such as more personalized suggestions.

• Analyze usage to measure effectiveness, develop new features, and train AI/machine learning models or prompts (e.g., for better suggestions).
• Conduct research and aggregate insights (anonymized where possible) to understand trends in adding new features or expanding the Service.

• Show relevant ads from us or third parties, personalized using your data (e.g., suggestions, location, posts).
• Measure ad performance and communicate about Services, updates, or promotions.

• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms (e.g., using DOB for age verification).
• Authenticate users, respond to legal requests, and ensure compliance with laws.

• Send service-related notifications, support responses, or marketing emails (with consent where required).

We share information as needed to provide the Services, with your consent, or as described below:

• Public portfolio elements (e.g., name, interests, posts, tagged suggestions, following) are visible.
• Engagements with other users (e.g., likes, comments) are visible.

• Share with third-party vendors, APIs, and partners for hosting, analytics, and features (e.g., cloud storage providers). These API providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

• Share within any corporate family for operational purposes.
• In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, your data may be transferred (with notice where required).

• Our services uses Google Admob as a third party service to serve advertisements and are personalized. The SDK automatically collects certain data from your device including device type and operating systems, and the interactions with ads.

• Disclose to comply with laws, subpoenas, or to protect rights, safety, or property (e.g., preventing harm).

• For any other purpose you approve, such as sharing contacts for integrations.

You have control over your data:

• Access and Update: You can access, correct or modify the information you provided to Services by editing your portfolio, adjusting settings, and data via your portfolio page.
• Deletion: Delete your account or specific content. You can do this directly in your settings. It will be a full delete and data cannot be recovered all in support of your privacy.

We implement reasonable measures (e.g., access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss. However, no system is foolproof. Take measure to keep your account safe.

We retain data as needed for Services, legal obligations, or disputes (e.g., account data while active, logs for security). Deleted data may persist in backups briefly.

Services are not for those under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13 years old.
