3.1 With Other Users and the Public
- Public portfolio elements (e.g., name, interests, posts, tagged suggestions, following) are visible.
- Engagements with other users (e.g., likes, comments) are visible.
3.2 Service Providers and APIs
- Share with third-party vendors, APIs, and partners for hosting, analytics, and features (e.g., cloud storage providers). These API providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
3.3 Affiliates and Corporate Transactions
- Share within any corporate family for operational purposes.
- In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, your data may be transferred (with notice where required).
3.4 Advertisers and Partners
- Our services uses Google Admob as a third party service to serve advertisements and are personalized. The SDK automatically collects certain data from your device including device type and operating systems, and the interactions with ads.
3.5 Legal and Safety Reasons
- Disclose to comply with laws, subpoenas, or to protect rights, safety, or property (e.g., preventing harm).
3.6 With Your Consent
- For any other purpose you approve, such as sharing contacts for integrations.
4. Your Choices and Rights
You have control over your data:
- Access and Update: You can access, correct or modify the information you provided to Services by editing your portfolio, adjusting settings, and data via your portfolio page.
- Deletion: Delete your account or specific content. You can do this directly in your settings. It will be a full delete and data cannot be recovered all in support of your privacy.
5. Security
We implement reasonable measures (e.g., access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss. However, no system is foolproof. Take measure to keep your account safe.
6. Retention
We retain data as needed for Services, legal obligations, or disputes (e.g., account data while active, logs for security). Deleted data may persist in backups briefly.
7. Children
Services are not for those under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13 years old.
